Toffee Biscoff Cheesecake Sundae

A decadent cheesecake with a Müller Mixables toffee flavour and Biscoff base, topped with a creamy Müller Yogurt filling.

Great served deconstructed, as an individual dish or as a traditional sliced cheesecake. Garnish with edible flowers or strawberries.

Ingredients:

• 500g Biscoff cookies
• 300g Vegan cream cheese
• 300ml Müller Vitality Plant Based Thick & Creamy yogurt alternative
• 300g Toffee flavoured Müller Mixables
• 300ml Elmlea Vegan Cream
• 300g Strawberries or edible flowers (optional)

Method:

• Crumb the Biscoff cookies into a crumb, and reserve until needed.
• Whisk the vegan cream cheese, with Müller Vitality Plant Based Thick & Creamy Yogurt alternative and 50g of toffee flavoured Müller Mixables.
• Separately, whip up the Elmlea Vegan cream until it reaches stiff peaks
• Gently fold the cream into the cheesecake batter using a rubber spatula until fully combined.
• Layer in glasses with Biscoff crumb, cheesecake filling and the reserved toffee flavoured Müller Mixables.
• Serve with fresh mint or edible flowers and enjoy!
