Here’s my classic tuna sandwich recipe with a healthy twist. Dijon for flavour, parsley for lovely herbiness, celery for crunch and spring onion for freshness.
Perfect filling for any sourdough bread or just heaped on salad.

Ingredients:
• 200g Tinned tuna
• 50g Spring onion
• 50g Celery
• 200g Müller Vitality Plant Based Thick & Creamy yogurt alternative
• 20g Parsley
• 15g Dijon mustard
• 8ml White wine vinegar
• 8g Salt
• 2g Cracked black pepper
Method:
1. Open tuna tin and drain the liquid. Place tuna in a bowl.
2. Slice the spring onion and add to the tuna.
3. Chop parsley and add to the tuna.
4. Dice celery 5mm and add to the tuna.
5. Add the rest of the ingredients into the bowl.
6. Mix very gently making sure you keep the tuna in chunks.
7. Use as required.
