Who doesn’t love a good prawn sandwich? Try this deliciously creamy, tangy, mayo-free recipe.
This is a lighter, healthier version of a classic favourite.

Ingredients:
• 300g Prawns – Royal Greenland frozen cooked
• 200g Müller Vitality Plant Based Thick & Creamy yogurt alternative
• 20g Chives
• ¼ Lemon
• 8g Salt
• 2g Cracked black pepper
Method:
1. Place prawns in a colander and defrost in the fridge over night.
2. Next day, take the prawns, dry on kitchen paper and place in a bowl. Discard the water.
3. Chop chives and add to the prawns.
4. Juice and zest the lemon and add to the prawns.
5. Add seasoning and Müller Vitality Plant Based Thick & Creamy yogurt alternative.
6. Mix all together.
7. Use as required.
