Skip the heavy mayo and opt for a refreshing plant-based yogurt instead. This vegan recipe offers a flavourful twist on a classic chicken sandwich filling, making it light, creamy, and entirely mayo-free.

Ingredients:
• 250g Chicken thigh (pre cooked)
• 50g Tin of sweetcorn
• 200g Müller Vitality Plant Based Thick & Creamy yogurt alternative
• 20g Tarragon
• 8ml White wine vinegar
• 8g Salt
• 2g Cracked black pepper
Method:
1. Open sweetcorn tin and drain the liquid and place sweetcorn in a bowl.
2. Take chicken off the bone and dice chicken into 5mm cubes and add to sweetcorn.
3. Chop tarragon and add to the chicken.
4. Add rest of the ingredients into the bowl.
5. Mix all together.
6. Use as required.
